SUMMARY: When the team is attacked by the Wraith John, separated in the fighting, seeks shelter with the natives.
There's a song they sing, when the world is ending. When the skies rain silver and blue, and the ghosts of hungry stars fall to earth. It's a quiet song, a simple song, whispered by children crouched in the hills of their home. A magic song that keeps them safe through the long dark night. They teach it to John so he can sing with them, his voice deep and rough like the sea.
There's a different song they sing for the morning, when the sun chases the stars back into the sky, but by then John isn't singing anymore.
