khriskinI am linking this here and on Facebook because as a company voice you really shouldn't say 'but she might be lying' when someone voices a pretty detailed account of how you refuse to give them their money back.
In fact you can think it all you want, but you don't SAY 'but she might be lying' when defneding your company in comments.
Or anywhere else, really. *not amused*
