Why?: Because every hero lineup needs the gruff old immortal (with a big fuzzy heart) ((sorta)) prowling the streets of the city playing vigilante... at least my lineups do, so there. In-game Bio: Snow in July Sure! Just gimme a minute to power up... Vic was born on the rough streets of-- well, okay, he was born in suburbia (much against his will) and has no tale of troubled childhoods to share with the masses. He's just a normal guy with superpowers who's out to do his bit. ... Okay, that's a lie, he's really a centuries old immortal wandering the streets in search of a final rest. But really, -suburbia-. Heh. Full Bio: -pending- Slavic/Germanic origin, maybe a few centuries old, accidental immortal due to fiddling with science stuffs, mostly just looking for a way to die at this point, very tech friendly even though he's got the whole ice/snow powers thing going for him. Very debt friendly, so probably not good for team RP. ^_~
